Utah

I realize I'm extremely behind in my blogging, but better late than never.  Last June we went to Utah for my parents' 50th anniversary party.  It was a little crazy getting there and back, but we all survived.  The kids and I flew to Utah (without Adi, she stayed behind to come with dad a few days later) and it was insane!  The first flight went fine.  We started running as soon as we got off the plane in Vegas to catch our connecting flight (which, of course, was on the opposite side of the airport) because it was supposed to take off within 30 minutes.  We got to the terminal and found out that the flight had been delayed. . . for 4 hours!! It wasn't going to start boarding until about 11:30pm.  We got something to eat, charged our phones and made sure everyone used the bathroom.  As we were finishing up the Spirit told me to go and check to see if they had an earlier flight.  I grabbed the kids and we went to check it out.  I was one of the last people to get on the flight and it saved us an hour.  I was a little worried about the way back because Adi would be with me (and I'd being flying solo again) and she's quite a handful, however, that leg of our journey was uneventful and everything went as planned.

Alexis got to go to the temple for the first time while we were in Utah!  I'm getting old. . .

While in Utah we got to see a bunch of Puffers.  Steve & Liz and their family, Grandma Puffer, and Alicia and some of her boys came down to visit us.  It was so awesome!

Mt. Timpanogos Temple:

 We got to see the Magalei's that just recently moved to Utah.  We haven't seen them in forever!!  It was so great.  I had more pictures, but I messed something up with my camera so they didn't turn out.  We also saw a bunch of other people while in Utah, but I forgot to take pictures.

Thanksgiving Point's Curiosity Museum and the Dinosaur Museum (definitely the highlight of the year for Dayne):
