Last Friday we celebrated National Pie Day with a bunch of friends. I don't know who came up with this holiday, but there should be more like it! My friend, Kim, made these - Fried Apple Pie - in honor of our Southern life. They were awesome!
Chris and Daisy didn't like pie, so they made a cake with "pie" on it.
Brian (in the green) got up and gave a funny little presentation on the history of pie.
